Elko County Assessor Janet Iribarne emphasized deadlines for Tax Cap Claim Forms to be submitted to realize the 3.0% Cap on Owner Occupied Primary residences. Also, Equipment Reporting Deadlines are fast approaching. The Property Tax Cap deadline is June 25th while the equipment reporting deadline is in July.
