Elko City Parks and Recreation Director James Wiley along with City Aquatic Manager Nikki Johnson were guests to talk about the new Nevada Gold Mines Recreation & Aquatic Center. Johnson is retiring after 38 ½ years with the pool beginning as a swim instructor.
