Committee Against Domestic Violence is recognizing victims of domestic violence and sexual assault need community support. Deana Utt is the Executive Director of CADV that operates the 24-hour crisis shelter, Harbor House. Amber Huff is the Systems Advocate for the Elko City Police Department. Her role is to accompany victims of domestic violence through the legal process including generating reports and navigating court.
