ECVA Executive Director Annette Kerr talked about the public facility that hosts meetings, events and community activities with a $4.1-million-dollar annual budget. The Elko Conference Center, constructed in 2016, is facing a $6-million-dollar balloon payment and Kerr will ask the county for a $3-million-dollar loan during the regular county board meeting on April 17th.
