Elko City Planner Cathy Laughlin and City Development Manager Ralph Negron were guests on behalf of the City of Elko. Negron has returned to Elko after retiring from NV Energy. He is spearheading Clean Up Green Up which is set for Saturday, April 20th and includes special events and activities. Laughlin outlined the latest downtown redevelopment project awaiting RDA approval that will transform outdated and unsafe sidewalks and other infrastructure.
