Elko City Manager Scott Wilkinson discussed ongoing city issues including redevelopment planned for the spring, retirements and hiring, and new building projects throughout the city. The city has welcomed a new Development manager, Ralph Negron and remains focused on new subdivisions, infrastructure and commercial growth.
