Elko County cancelled the Veterans Day Parade for lack of interest as officials described during a Wednesday County Commission meeting. Veterans groups pushed back as represented by Gil Hernandez of Elko’s VFW Post 2350. The program today includes the public comment segment of the county meeting where concerns were expressed.
