Elko City Manager Jan Baum and City Planner Cathy Laughlin appeared to discuss the latest in Redevelopment Agency news including a proposal to add the possibility of imminent domain to the RDA code. The city seeks to address vacant properties that over the years have fallen into disrepair. City Manager Jan Baum talked about a flat budget and stable revenue as the governing board is poised to approve a final tentative budget.
