Elko City Clerk Kelly Woolridge and Clerk Technician Annette Robinson talked about the significance of business licenses. Anyone conducting business within Elko City limits, whether located in the county or out of state, needs to be licensed. A recent compliance check discovered more than 55 entities conducting business without a license.
