6/24/25 Elko Live - Elko City Manager

City Manager Jan Baum gave a preview of agenda items in advance of the regular council meeting. There are numerous items following the Redevelopment Meeting at 3:30. The council is poised to claim an abandoned motel property at 8th and Idaho; is looking to collaborate with NDOW on a Community Pond, and may proceed to acquire historic Union Pacific property along West Main Street with a goal of selling the property to businesses that occupy it.
