Elko City Manager Jan Baum and City Parks and Recreation Direction James Wiley discussed a variety of issues in advance of the regular City Council meeting. The city is considering a recent water rate study and will contemplate increasing water rates. Parks and Recreation is recognizing longtime Elko SnoBowl founder and volunteer Roche Bush for his contributions in creating and sustaining the legacy facility.
