April is stress Awareness Month, managing stress is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle.  Quilici and McKown discussed the individuals and families beginning with medical evaluations and that continue with comprehensive counseling and treatment, outpatient, and peer group efforts.  Knowing how to manage stress can improve mental and physical well-being as well as minimize exacerbation of health-related issues.
