City Fire Chief James Johnston gave a brief update on recent city council actions and talked about fire safety, growth and planning. October is National Fire Prevention Awareness Month, and the City Fire Department will host an Open House on Thursday, October 8th at 5 p.m. at Fire Station #1. ALL are invited to the FREE event.
