Elko City Manager Jan Baum outlined a pair of Elko City meetings including the Redevelopment Agency and the regular City Council meeting. The RDA will consider plans to install trees and other improvements in the downtown corridor to coincide with a $2-million-dollar sidewalk, curb and gutter renovation. The city council will also bid farewell to retiring City Administrative Assistant Kim Wilkinson while welcoming new City Clerk Annette Robinson.
