The Elko City Council meets in regular session today. City Manager Jan Baum and WRF Director Scott Dancz were guests. Among the agenda items: support for the EHS Warrior Field renovation, changes to positions within the Elko Police Department, possible approval for critical need positions within the PD to allow retirees to be hired, discussion of architectural fees for the new City Hall and a discussion of an updated Water Rights Agreement that concerned citizens believe could lead to data center construction.
