Elko Convention and Visitor’s Authority Sales and Marketing Manager Tom Lester provided details on Elko’s 1st Pop Con, a gathering of popular culture enthusiasts for a weekend of workshops, cosplay, costume contest, demonstrations, games and more. The event is being held at the Elko Convention Center with exhibits, vendors and food indoors and out. The Elko Pop Con is Friday, August 18th and Saturday, August 19th.
