5/22/25 Elko Live - Veterans Resource Center

Christina Bradford of the Great Basin College Veterans Resource Center discussed numerous events, opportunities and activities to connect, support and honor veterans. There are an estimated 3100 veterans in the community. The VRC will host a Saturday, May 24th Memorial Day Barbeque from 11 -2 on campus, will attend VFW Ceremonies on Monday at 10 in the City Cemetery, will host an Elko Vets Fair at the City Park on June 21 and are collecting memorabilia and uniforms for an August event at the Northeastern Nevada Museum.
