The Terrace at Ruby View is Elko’s Active and Senior Lifestyle Center. Center Director Matt McCarty detailed special events and activities to include bingo, java music sessions, square dancing and lunch served every weekday. The Terrace is expanding the Elko location with enclosed parking for the Meals on Wheels vans; and adding Meals on Wheels service to Spring Creek.
