DBA Board Members Jan Petersen & Brandy Ornelas promoted holiday events including the Cowboy Christmas Snowflake festival in downtown Elko Saturday, December 9th from noon-5 p.m. The Parade of Lights begins at 5:30 p.m. and the event includes a Cookie Crawl, live entertainment, children’s activities and food and beverages.
