Elko County Extension Educator Jill Tingey described numerous youth development classes, courses, events and activities to encourage youth and family participation. October is National 4H Month and the perfect time to enroll or volunteer. UNR Elko Extension is located on Elm Street and hosts ongoing workshops and community outreach.
