10/28/25 Elko Live - Elko City Update

Assistant City Manager Dale Johnson provided an update in City News in advance of the regular City Council meeting. There will be an update on the opening of the Boys and Girls Clubs City Swimming Pool and Recreation Center planned for January 2026. The city is hosting the final in a series of strategic planning workshops on Tuesday, November 4th, the public is invited to observe at the “E” Center. Also, Elko City Planner Cathy Laughlin was named State City Planner of the Year during a recent conference in Minden.
