Jill Tingey of UNR Extension promoted the latest Elko County Needs Assessment, an online survey, and urged listeners to pick up free radon kits as January is National Rado Awareness Month. UNR Extension is hiring a part-time position for the UNR Sanford Center for Aging. There are numerous 4-H Youth Development opportunities offered and the Heart and Hope, anti-Domestic Violence Workshops, will open March 3.
