“Deeply rooted and ever-changing,” Margo Cilker has performed throughout the country and in Europe. Her album Valley of Heart’s Delight reflects on a landscape that no longer exists. Apricots paved over for Silicon Valley in California’s Santa Clara. Singer-songwriter, Cilker says she pines for Basque Wine, music and cowboys. She performed live in-studio at KELK with her husband, Poet and Performer, Forrest Van Tuyl. The pair are among favorite performers at the Gathering and working to preserve the tradition and culture of storytelling and music.
